Premier Staffing Solution Acquires Staffing Business of TTi Global

Premier Staffing Solution, LLC (“Premier”) has completed a carve-out acquisition of the external staffing business of TTi Global, Inc. (“TTi”) effective October 16, 2023.
Included in the acquisition are major client staffing contracts and human resources that will be transferred to Premier. The primary focus of the contracts is supporting large clients in the mobility sector and other industries in North America with temporary high-quality engineering, quality, and other technical talent allowing clients to have flexibility to sustain and buoy their business needs.
